DESCRIPTION:Dear Bachata family\,\nEvent though we finally start to have some positive\nglimpses about the current situation\, this global crisis has\naffected us all\, not only dancers\, but as fathers\, mothers\,\nfriends\, workers and…businesses. As of today many of\nour partners and ourselves are dealing with a huge\namount of uncertainty and struggle.\nAn event is more than just dancers\, djs… It involves\ntravel agencies\, hotels\, catering\, stage companies\, sound\,\nlighting\, security\, and way more companies that have\ntaken a major hit. The security measures are also\nchanging by the week without any possibility to anticipate\nhow to apply them in the future\, or how it will affect the\nnormal activity of the event.\nAs of today\, our Venue cannot guarantee the availability of\nthe space\, travel companies don’t guarantee travel options\nor safety for our international Artists and Guests\, and for\nour international attendants borders remain at least\npartially closed or quarantined\, just as a few examples.\nWith all this factors being outside of our control\, and more\nimportant with great sadness in our hearts\, we feel the\nmost responsible decision is to POSTPONE the 2021\nedition of VIENNA BACHATA CONGRESS to the\n23-25 of September 2022.\nThe spirit of our festival is to be a beacon of happiness\,\nconnection\, integration\, positivity and bachata in Europe\,\nframed by one of the most romantic cities of the world;\nand we look forward to continue to do so\, without any\nlimitations and with all our heart. See you in 2022!\nSTAY WITH US – WE WILL BE\nDANCING AGAIN\nWHAT HAPPENS WITH MY\nPASS/REGISTRATION?\nNow its the time to stick together and have\nunderstanding for each other.\n– You can of course cancel your pass and opt for ticket\nrefund. For this instance just send us an email to:\nviennabachatacongress@gmail.com\, please attached\nyour ticket purchased and your personal information.\nPlease know that this procedure may take longer time\nthan usual\, and we appreciate your understanding.\nCustomers can apply for a refund until 15th June\, after\nthis date all passes by default will be\nautomatically transferred to the next year’s dates.
